In a blender, combine the mango pulp and curd. Blend the mixture for two minutes until smooth.
Spread the mixture evenly onto a lick mat.

Instructions:
Grease the lick mat generously with ghee to prevent sticking.
If your lick mat is microwave-friendly, crack the egg onto it and spread it evenly with a spoon or spatula before microwaving for one or two minutes until the egg is fully cooked.
If your lick mat is not microwave-friendly, scramble the eggs with the basil on the stove till it is thoroughly cooked and spread them over the mat.
